At Sunlit Funlit, each item is made to order. This allows us to offer unique, on-demand designs for country music fans, without the risk of wasteful over-production. Please read the following carefully to understand our production and shipping process.

1. Production Time

• Each order requires up to 5 full business days for printing/production before shipping.

• All items are custom printed specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not hold any inventory.

• We do not offer expedited or rush production services.

2. Shipping Time

• U.S. orders typically take 5–6 business days in transit once shipped, via USPS or another standard carrier.

• Average time from order to delivery is approximately 10 business days (production + shipping).

• Delivery times may be shorter or longer, depending on order volume, seasonal demand, and carrier delays. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Any estimated delivery date shown is an estimate only.

3. Carrier Responsibility & Delays

• Once a package has been handed off to USPS or another carrier, Sunlit Funlit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

• Weather, labor shortages, or other postal issues can affect transit times.

• Delays in transit do not qualify for refunds.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Sunlit Funlit will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (customer’s choice).

• If your order arrives damaged, please email photos to support@sunlitfunlit.com within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund.

5. Delivery Deadlines & Events

• We do not guarantee delivery by specific event dates (such as concerts).

• Customers ordering for an event less than 10 business days away accept the risk of late delivery.

• Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive later than a customer’s desired event date.

6. Return to Sender (Undeliverable / Incorrect Address)

• Our shipping labels are generated directly from the address entered by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

• If an order is returned to Sunlit Funlit due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs.

• Return To Sender packages may take up to 15 business days to be processed by the carrier and returned to us.

• Once received, we will contact the customer with the re-shipping cost. Payment for re-shipping must be collected before the order can be resent.

• Please note: re-shipping costs are often higher than the original shipping fee, as the order no longer qualifies for bulk carrier discounts.

• Orders will not be refunded solely due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

1. Returns

We do not accept "returns for refund" except in cases of defective or damaged merchandise (see below). Reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or failing to read the product description do not qualify for a return. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.

2. Size Exchanges

We do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The customer must purchase the correct size through sunlitfunlit.com prior to sending back the original.

• The original item must be returned in new condition (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, dirt, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or odors). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

• Once the original item is received and inspected, Sunlit Funlit will issue a refund for the original item’s purchase price (less shipping).

• Refunds will not be issued if the original item is not in new condition, or if a replacement purchase has not been made.

• We do not offer return-for-refund; only size exchanges are permitted.

3. Defective or Damaged Merchandise

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is delivered in damaged condition, please email photos of the defect or damage along with your name and Order Number to support@sunlitfunlit.com within 5 days of delivery. You do not need to return damaged or defective item(s).  Once reviewed and approved, we will offer your choice of:

• A no-cost replacement, or

• A full refund

4. Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will provide:

• A no-cost replacement, or

• A full refund (customer’s choice).

Please note that delays in transit do not qualify as lost packages. Only items confirmed by the carrier as lost or undeliverable will be eligible.

5. Non-Qualifying Issues

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

• Fit, design, or material details clearly disclosed in the product description (e.g., oversized armholes, cropped length).

• General dissatisfaction with style or design once received, if accurately depicted and described at time of purchase.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. Orders placed outside business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CST) may be cancelled until 12pm CST the following business day.

To cancel an order, email support@sunlitfunlit.com with your order number. After the cancellation window, orders automatically enter production and cannot be stopped or refunded.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Return to Sender (Undeliverable / Incorrect Address)

If a package is returned to Sunlit Funlit due to an undeliverable shipping address, “no such address,” or other error in the shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping.

• Our shipping labels are generated directly from the address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

• Return to Sender packages typically take up to 14 days to be processed by the carrier and received back by us.

• Once received, Sunlit Funlit will contact the customer with the updated re-shipping cost. Payment for re-shipping must be collected before the order is resent.
