Exchanges & Returns
At Sunlit Funlit, each item is made to order. This allows us to offer unique, on-demand designs for country music fans, without wasteful over-production. Because of this custom production process, we maintain the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
1. Returns
We accept returns or will replace merchandise that arrives defective or damaged. We require notification of damaged goods within 7 days of delivery, but will accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. Customer errors such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or failing to read the product description do not qualify for a return/refund as each item is made specifically to order. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.
2. Size Exchanges
We do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The customer must purchase the correct size through sunlitfunlit.com prior to sending back the original.

The original item must be returned in new condition (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, dirt, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or odors). Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Once the original item is received and inspected, Sunlit Funlit will issue a refund for the original item’s purchase price (less shipping).

Refunds will not be issued if the original item is not in new condition, or if a replacement purchase has not been made.

We do not offer return-for-refund; only size exchanges are permitted.

3. Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is delivered in damaged condition, please email photos of the defect or damage along with your name and Order Number to support@sunlitfunlit.com within 7 days of delivery. You do not need to return damaged or defective item(s). Once reviewed and approved, we will offer your choice of:

A no-cost replacement, or
-
A full refund
4. Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will provide:

A no-cost replacement, or
-
A full refund (customer’s choice).
Please note that delays in transit do not qualify as lost packages. Only items confirmed by the carrier as lost or undeliverable will be eligible.
5. Non-Qualifying Issues
Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for:

Minor color variations, design, or material details clearly disclosed in the product description (e.g., oversized armholes, cropped length).

General dissatisfaction with style or design once received, if accurately depicted and described at time of purchase.
6. Cancellations/Order Changes
Orders may be canceled or changed within 4 hours of purchase by clicking “Manage Order” on your confirmation email or on the “Order Status” page. Emails requesting to cancel are not sufficient as our inbox is not monitored 24/7.
The ability to make changes to your order is only available for 4 hours after purchase and will become inactive once the product is sent to production. Once the order enters production it cannot be stopped, changed or refunded.
In addition to cancellation, you may also update quantity, size, color or update your shipping address during the 4 hour change window
7. Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Return to Sender (Undeliverable / Incorrect Address)
If a package is returned to Sunlit Funlit due to an undeliverable shipping address, “no such address,” or other error in the shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping.

Our shipping labels are generated directly from the address entered at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

Return to Sender packages typically take up to 14 days to be processed by the carrier and received back by us.

Once received, Sunlit Funlit will contact the customer with the updated re-shipping cost. Payment for re-shipping must be collected before the order is resent.

Please note: re-shipping charges are often higher than the original shipping cost, as the order no longer qualifies for bulk carrier discounts.

Orders cannot be refunded solely due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by the customer.
