RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sunlit Funlit.  If there is a problem with your product, we're here to help.

T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Other Apparel

These items are made to order, as such we do not allow returns or exchanges due to incorrect size ordered or other customer error.  Please double check your measurements prior to ordering using the Size Guide provided for each product.  In the event of a printing error or other quality issue incurred during production through no fault of the customer, Sunlit Funlit will cover the costs associated with the immediate replacement of the item, including shipping fees.  Please contact us at support@sunlitfunlit.com with photos of the error or quality issue, within 7 days of receipt of the faulty product to initiate the replacement process. 

 

Please note that once a return label is provided, you have a maximum of 5 business days to send back the item.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item on your original payment method as soon as the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs incurred during initial checkout are not refundable. If requesting a second return shipping label, you are responsible for the cost of the label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
