What to Wear to an Ella Langley Concert

The honest answer is that the Ella Langley crowd dresses better than most country tours and nobody's trying that hard. It's boots and a good tee. That's the formula. Everything below is a variation on it.

If you're looking for dates first, we keep a running list of every Ella Langley tour date for 2026.

The outfit that works at every single date

Oversized Comfort Colors tee, size up, worn as a dress. Boots. Done.

This is the look you'll see more than any other and there's a reason. It survives eight hours, it works in a 90-degree parking lot and a 55-degree encore, and you're not adjusting anything all night. The She's From Texas I Can Tell tee is the one people reach for. Size up two if you want real dress length.

If you'd rather not do the dress thing, same tee in your normal size, tucked into denim shorts or straight-leg jeans.

For the arena dates

September and October are indoors and climate controlled, which people forget. Arenas run cold. The floor is warm because you're packed in, the seats are not.

The move is a Like You Love Me hoodie tied around your waist. You'll want it for the walk back to the car even if you never put it on inside. There's a youth version too if you're bringing a kid, and honestly the matching thing is very popular at these shows.

For Red Rocks, October 7

Different rules. Red Rocks is at 6,400 feet and the temperature falls off a cliff the moment the sun goes behind the rock. Every year, people show up in a tank top and spend the back half of the set miserable.

Layer. Tee underneath, hoodie or a flannel over it. Closed-toe shoes, because those steps are uneven and you will be walking up them in the dark. Leave the good boots at home for this one.

For the guys

The men's designs have taken off this tour, which was not what anyone expected a year ago. Ella's Fella of the Month and the Ella's Fellas vintage tee both get worn to death. Darker colorways, relaxed fit, nothing that reads like you borrowed it.

Pair with jeans and whatever boots you already own. Nobody's inspecting your boots.

If you want the song references

Half the crowd is wearing a lyric rather than a tour design, and the deeper the cut the better it goes over.

Crop tops and tanks

Still the right call for the earlier dates and anywhere below the Mason-Dixon in September. The Like You Love Me crop top is flowy rather than fitted, which matters when you're standing in a crowd for three hours. The racerback tank is the better pick if you're on the floor.

Hats

A Dandelion trucker does two jobs: it finishes the outfit and it means you don't have to deal with your hair after eight hours in a parking lot. Worth noting that arena lighting is brutal and a hat brim is your friend in every photo you take.

If you're going with a group, hats are the easy matching move. Nobody has to agree on a size.

What to skip

White anything. You are going to a parking lot, then a concrete floor, then back to the parking lot.

Brand new boots. Break them in first or you'll remember the blisters instead of the show.

A bag that isn't clear. Most of these venues are clear bag only and the bag check line is not where you want to spend the opener.

Shop the looks

Everything above is in the Dandelion Tour collection. Comfort Colors, garment dyed, sizes through 4XL on most designs. Designed by a fan who's actually in the pit, and not sold at the venue for $65.

Unofficial. ...but better.
