At Sunlit Funlit, each item is made to order. This allows us to offer unique, on-demand designs for country music fans, without the risk of wasteful over-production. Please read the following carefully to understand our production and shipping process.
1. Production Time

Each order requires up to 5 full business days for printing/production before shipping.

All items are custom printed specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not hold any inventory.

We do not offer expedited or rush production services.
2. Shipping Time

U.S. orders typically take 5–6 business days in transit once shipped, via USPS or another standard carrier.

Average time from order to delivery is approximately 10 business days (production + shipping).

Delivery times may be shorter or longer, depending on order volume, seasonal demand, and carrier delays. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific date. Any estimated delivery date shown is an estimate only.
3. Carrier Responsibility & Delays

Once a package has been handed off to USPS or another carrier, Sunlit Funlit is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Weather, labor shortages, or other postal issues can affect transit times.

Delays in transit do not qualify for refunds.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Sunlit Funlit will provide either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund (customer’s choice).

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos to support@sunlitfunlit.com within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund.
5. Delivery Deadlines & Events

We do not guarantee delivery by specific event dates (such as concerts).

Customers ordering for an event less than 10 business days away accept the risk of late delivery.

Refunds will not be issued for orders that arrive later than a customer’s desired event date.
6. Return to Sender (Undeliverable / Incorrect Address)

Our shipping labels are generated directly from the address entered by the customer at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.

If an order is returned to Sunlit Funlit by the carrier, the customer is responsible for all re-shipping costs. Please note: re-shipping costs are often higher than the original shipping fee, as the order no longer qualifies for bulk carrier discounts.

Return To Sender packages may take up to 15 business days to be processed by the carrier and returned to us.

Once received, we will contact the customer via email with the re-shipping cost. Payment for re-shipping must be collected before the order can be resent.

Orders returned to sender are not eligible for refund, but may be eligible for an exchange.
