This website is operated by Sunlit Funlit. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sunlit Funlit. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Service without express written permission.
Credit card and payment details are always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All products are made to order and may vary slightly from photos or descriptions.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors and details but cannot guarantee exact matches due to screen differences.
Product descriptions and sizing details are provided to help you make informed purchases.

SECTION 4 – ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin production 4 hours after being placed.
Cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of ordering, or by 12pm CST the next business day if placed outside of business hours.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CST.
Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Production time is up to 5 full business days.
U.S. shipping typically takes 5–6 business days once shipped.
Average order-to-delivery time is 10 business days, though times may vary.
We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates (including events/concerts).

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, we will provide either:

A no-cost replacement, or
A full refund (customer’s choice).

SECTION 6 – RETURN TO SENDER / INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Shipping labels are generated directly from the address entered by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details.
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an incorrect/incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Returned items may take up to 15 business days to process. Payment for re-shipping must be collected before the order is resent.
Re-shipping costs are often higher than the original fee, as the order no longer qualifies for bulk carrier discounts.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns or refunds.
Size Exchanges: Customers may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. A replacement must be purchased through our store, and the original item must be returned in new condition (unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, pet hair, etc.). Refunds for the original item are issued once it is received and inspected.
Defective Merchandise: If an item is received defective or misprinted, please email photos to support@sunlitfunlit.com within 5 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund.

SECTION 8 – BUSINESS HOURS

Sunlit Funlit operates Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm CST. Orders placed outside business hours are processed the next business day. Customer inquiries received after hours will be answered the following business day.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Sunlit Funlit. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without express written permission.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sunlit Funlit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

Personal information collected through this site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

SECTION 13 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our sole discretion by posting updates to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
